Free general wellness checks
In partnership with our Occupational Health Provider RPS, we are offering staff the opportunity to discuss their health and lifestyle with a Health & Wellbeing Advisor.
The free assessments are 30 minutes long, starting on the hour and every half hour. They are completely confidential and for your individual benefit only. In the session, a series of measurements including height, weight, Body Mass Index, blood pressure, cholesterol level and glucose level can be made. Any health-related questions can be raised with the adviser.
Appointments are available on Monday 28th October for staff at the Brayford Campus from 9.00am to 3.30pm on a first come, first served basis.

Wellness checks for staff located at the Holbeach campus are on the 18th November from 9.00am – 3.30pm. Please email Mandy Bettinson on mbettinson@lincoln.ac.uk with your preferred times to book an appointment.
