Staff Resource Desk Support
In order to ensure we can support all key operations through these exceptional times HR have established a Resource Desk operation for use by managers across the University. The purpose of the function will be to reallocate available staff where there is a need in a business area due to high levels of absence or to assist with a newly identified piece of work requiring more immediate staffing.
If a manager has either staff availability, or a need for additional staff resource, could all information be submitted to email@example.com in the first instance. This inbox is being constantly reviewed by the HR Operational Services Team who will match requests wherever possible. The earlier information can be submitted will be beneficial to support this activity.
