Restful Sleep Programme

Restful Sleep in 21 Days is email-based and designed to help you discover ways to improve your sleep by making small, yet significant changes to aspects of your daily habits, routines and lifestyle.

Time to improve your sleep?

Over the three weeks of the programme, you’ll have the chance to explore all the main building blocks of a good night’s sleep and try out some changes that might help you get more from your rest. 

Each week, you receive an e-mail with brief details about the topic for the week, plus some suggestions of actions you might like to take. Later in the week, you get another with more information and encouragement.  

So, there are around half a dozen messages in total. 

Basically, you can do as much or as little as you like, starting everything at the outset, or by adding more as you go along. 

Here’s a breakdown of topics covered, by week: 

Week 1

  • What and when to eat
  • Reducing stimulants

Week 2

  • Limiting screen use
  • Better day/night balance
  • Creating a calm sleep environment

Week 3

  • Ways to calm body and mind
  • Off-loading and de-stressing
